I want to be a better content creator & here’s how (Jan. 9)
This week hasn’t gone as planned. I am highly productive, active, regulated, and rested. My week didn’t reflect that.
Here was my plan for the week:
Wake up at 6am
Journal, Meditate, Pray
6:30 Exercise
Start work at 7:30
Finish work at 4:30
Get ready to film content at 5
Film 6-8 posting 4 TikToks & reposting to IG Reels
Review my expenses 8-9
Review content performance 9-9:30

Read until I fall asleep
It sounds crazy, but this is how I’ve been operating for the past few weeks. Regulating each morning by starting with exercise, mindfulness, and God. I’ve found myself happier than I’ve been in recent months, more energized, and more inspired. I’m also able to show up for the people that I love with a more positive attitude.
